Caught an attitude over the phone when I canceled my appointment then hung up. I called to cancel, they didn’t answer, so I left a voicemail. Then they called back from a different number and I told them I left a voicemail and that’s when he got the attitude and hung up. Customer service is key!

I first found Tima when I went to her for a tarot reading when I was an absolute mess. She insisted on doing an energy cleanse as well and barley charged me for it due to my circumstances. After the cleanse she gave me specific instructions and to give her updates on how I'm feeling every 2 weeks. Over the next couple months I felt an incredible improvement in my life. Tima asked a LOT of uncomfortably invasive questions and her predictions were mostly wrong (but not all wrong). Her reading seemed a bit lazy and she basically parroted back a lot of what I said rather than give me new insight. I guess that's just how these things go sometimes--I didn't get a good energy from her going in and the reading reflected that. She didn't say anything that was helpful and the reading ended on the note of her giving me a very aggressive sales pitch for her other services. Looking at the reviews it seems she helped a lot of other people--maybe I'm an anomaly. But I definitely paid too much for what I got.
