   This was my first reiki session and Rachel made it feel completely natural and comfortable. The space was peaceful and quiet, and Rachel had the type of presence that makes you feel at ease. During the session I felt relaxed, and afterwards I was surprised by how energized I was. What set the session apart was the time Rachel took after the session to share her insights into what I was feeling and experiencing. This helped me to understand better the journey I just had. If you’re curious about reiki or one of Rachel’s other healings, I can’t recommend her enough. She’s warm, intuitive and has both wisdom and skill that feel well beyond her years.

   My sound healing session with Rachel was truly a special and renewing experience. The atmosphere she created felt safe, calming, and deeply intentional. There was something magical about the way the sound waves moved through the space, dissolving tension and quieting the mind. Everyone in the class had an incredible experience and left feeling lighter, grounded, and emotionally refreshed. Rachel’s presence was warm, intuitive, and genuinely caring, which made the experience even more profound. I would highly recommend her sessions to anyone seeking to move the energy for purpose of healing and renewal, or perhaps just to find a deeper connection with themselves.

   A few years ago, I had the privilege of traveling to California for a women's retreat where I met Rachel. She so graciously shared her beautiful songs, her radiant energy, and her deep wisdom in ways that have truly helped me grow and heal. I've since joined a couple of her online Red Tent ceremonies, which created such a safe, nurturing space to connect with other women. They helped me open up, feel truly seen and supported, and embrace vulnerability without judgment.    I have attended multiple shamanic sound journeys led by Rachel, and each experience has been deeply nourishing. What feels especially authentic in Rachel’s work is how naturally her voice has become part of the sound journeys. Her singing feels channeled, healing, and gently activating - something that truly sets her work apart. I have also been part of several women’s circles she has held, and I deeply appreciate her ability to create a safe, sacred space where women are invited to simply be without pressure, performance, or expectation. More recently, I also had the opportunity to co-host a women’s retreat with Rachel, and experiencing her from the perspective of collaboration and facilitation affirmed everything I already felt. As someone who collaborates often, I can honestly say this was one of the most effortless and aligned collaborations I have experienced. She is deeply attuned, organized, and grounded, and everything flowed with ease. I trust her completely and the work she brings into the world.
