   I had a reiki session with Sara Mae in November 2024. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in the space provided. Sara circulated around my body 3 times, gently touching specific points that offered her insight into my past. I must say, her insight into my childhood and past traumas was on point. Most of all, I appreciate that she offered advise to move forward spiritually, mentally and physically. That evening I fell asleep and had a wonderful rest. I woke up in the morning feeling like a new person. I highly recommend Sara Mae if you're looking for a quality reiki treatment.

   I have had several Reiki sessions with Sara Mae and have found each session to profoundly improve my health. Her in person sessions are Divine. Before the session she sends out a health intake form so we can list any ailments, health history, and ask questions. Her scheduling system sends out a reminder text and email too, which is very helpful. The sessions are 60 min, professional, and are done on a heated massage table with fluffy blankets, plus comfortable pillows at head and under knees. She has quiet music playing and the room is tranquil. Once I had a bad headache and she did the session remote-Headache gone and my tension melted. It was like she was in the room working on me. Another time I had insomnia and she did another remote session, to which I slept like a baby. This time I had a combo allergies and some kind of flu. My sore throat instantly gone and I felt better. If someone is not feeling well then Reiki with Sara Mae is a great help. But I wonder if I did weekly or monthly Reiki I would just continually feel good! Thank you, Healing With Sara Mae ! ❤️
