Very cute inside and gentle reader. Maya is very friendly and has a $10 palm reading that’s very insightful and her words resonate strongly. Highly recommend if you’re in the area or just curious!

I visited her in November. Everything she said turned out to be untrue. Absolutely nothing she spoke about came to pass. Two of my friends went to see her as well, and for them, too, nothing she predicted came true. Most likely, she simply tells people whatever they want to hear at that particular moment. Therefore, do not put your trust in her predictions. Furthermore, she kept trying to talk me into undergoing a "cleansing" ritual using crystals. Mind you—and I apologize for the bluntness—that costs $100 *per crystal*. And she doesn't even perform the cleansing in your presence; how am I supposed to know if she actually did anything at all? She really pressured me—I eventually gave in and paid for one crystal. She insisted, "You need four!" That would have been $400! So, guys, don't go there. It's a scam.

Not sure how this place has such high reviews unless it's friends and family who are fake hyping it up. I stopped by with a friend the other night for a quick reading. From the moment we opened the door, I was hit with a strong smell of old, stale cigarettes. We had already made the trek over in the rain so we decided to stay. Maya herself seemed very unenthusiastic and rehearsed. Even upon entering she talked very fast and monotone. We each agreed to do a palm reading -- thankfully only $10 and it wasn't even worth that. I went first and was a given very generic introduction talking about how I had high energy and a good aura yadda yadda. She then went on to say vague things like "I sense you're going through a big change in your life and welcoming in a new season..." isn't every body? She then asked me questions like "Do you agree?" Presumably trying to draw more info out of me that she could try and repurpose in the "reading". About 3 minutes in, her toddler comes wandering out of the other room -- visibly fussy with a saggy diaper. I don't have an issue with someone having their child at work but rather than letting him run around the room and get into things --- she should have taken him to the other room and addressed the situation in there. We were only there for a total of 20 minutes so it was quite distracting. My friend goes next while I'm sitting 3 feet away on the couch and she says the EXACT SAME SCRIPT word for word to my friend that she told me about having good energy, aura etc. The child gets even fussier and spends most of my friends reading crying.... so yeah. Don't recommend! Not worth it!!

I've stopped by to obtain an in-depth chakra reading and was charged $55 for a 3 minute session. I came in, took off my coat and sat on the couch (which I thought was the waiting area) across the coffee table from her. She didn't use any tools or devices, just closed her eyes for a second. During the reading she was talking very fast, it seemed that she wanted to get it over with quickly. She then suggested I schedule another appointment for a chakra cleansing for an additional fee. She didn't ask me any questions other than "Do you have any questions?"... I felt that the reading was fully unprofessional and not informative, definitely not worth of $55. I WOULD NOT recommend this service to anyone. In addition, the other reviews don't seem authentic. Hope my review will save your money and time.
