I booked a Soul alignment and Restoration session with Carolyn to see if it could improve my relationship with my daughter. To my surprise, the very next day my daughter sent me a couple of pictures without any prompting. Carolyn was able to see what might be blocking my daughter and she was able to remove the blocks. Very excited to see how things continue to improve for us! Thank you Carolyn!

I really enjoyed my experience with Carolyn! She was able to pick up on things that when she told me after the session I was like whoah! I have felt that way but maybe thought I was crazy or it’s in my head. She made me feel heard and understood. She gave me tips to stay grounded and protect my energy and I appreciate all the work she put into the session. You can tell she truly cares about what she does!

Sound Journey: The sound journey at the end (which I have also attended as a session) was the perfect integration soft, grounding, and deeply peaceful. They are a powerful and worthwhile investment in your peace, alignment, and inner harmony. 🌿

Carolyn is incredible. I was curious about Reiki but didn’t know how to start. After talking with her, I booked a session, and my experience was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable before beginning and answered all my questions. She also gave me resources to explore this healing energy on my own. She genuinely cares about her work, her clients' comfort, and helping others become their best selves.

Carolyn is a truly talented human! She immediately makes you feel comfortable and at home in whatever room she’s in. I saw her for a tuning fork healing session and was floored! Carolyn holds space simultaneously in the liminal and felt timeline, sensing intuitively and accurately everything I was feeling in my own body. The tuning forks were such a cool way to address somatic sensations, with profound effects. I highly recommend booking a session for yourself!

Carolyn’s reiki sound healing session was incredible!!! Not only did she educate the group before the session began, she curated a very warm and welcoming environment. I was not expecting such a huge shift in consciousness. All my anxiety and mental angst melted away. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so comfortable in my own body. Since my session 5 days ago, I feel like I have been walking on a cloud and my body feels so light. It has been smiles for miles ever since. I am more equipped with a mental and energetic armor and nothing can phase me. Things seem to just roll off me. Everyone keeps asking me what I’ve been doing because I’m glowing (their words). I would highly recommend Carolyn and her sound healing to anyone who is feeling stuck or stagnant or just needs a spiritual “oil change.” I have also been sleeping very well since and have suffered from insomnia most of my life. I cannot wait to see how my one on one Quantom Reiki session goes!!

Carolyn provided a wonderful atmosphere, education, information and suggestions through our time together as I experienced reiki. She was very thoughtful and focused on seeing where areas needed healing energy. I came to her feeling strain and pain in my lower back and was really surprised when I felt a dramatic reduction of that pain within a couple of hours. Her guidance and voice in delivering her services is invaluable!

The session was a gift from a family member. Had a very profound and positive experience during/after the Shamanic Sound Journey (w/Quantum Reiki) with Carolyn! Left there feeling lighter, clearer, and changed for the better with techniques for maintaining newfound equilibrium. Highly recommended to anyone who is suffering any sort of ailment and is open to an alternative / spiritual healing process. Could change your life! Carolyn is a beautiful calming practitioner that is highly intuitive with how she works with me depending on my needs for each session. I went for "just" Reiki and have gotten so much more out of my times working with her. I suggest to anyone that will listen that is ready to start the journey and ready to do the work to go to her because she seems to work at your pace and give wonderful insights. I got the package for 6 sessions of the Antojai Quantum Reiki/Sound Therapy/Vibrational Toning - Energy Shifting... half way through and am solidly grateful I decided to!

I had a session with Carolyn a few days ago and wow it was an incredible experience. I loved how informative she was throughout the session and made me feel so comfortable to ask any questions that I had. I have never experienced energy work like this before. She cleared some things in my lungs and I have not been able to take this deep and easy of a breath in a long time. I also noticed that my sense of smell and taste has improved since the session (my sense of smell has been majorly affected the past month or two and I didn't realize how much it was affecting my taste till it improved!). She also cleared some things in my crown which has stopped the overwhelming constant mind chatter I've been struggling with the past few weeks. It's so refreshing waking up feeling peace and not this heavy weight and it carries on throughout the day. Thank you so much again for such a wonderful gift!

I highly recommend seeing Carolyn for reiki! I did the Usui session twice now. She has such a warm, inviting energy. She talks you through any questions or concerns you have. Carolyn is legit - she could tell me things I was feeling without knowing. She is always spot on with what she’s experiencing while in my energy space. After both sessions, my physical pain was gone, my energy felt light and peaceful. I refer people to see her all the time and I will continue seeing her!

Met Carolyn while attending a retreat where I had an accidental fall and hit my head. This resulted in an immediate headache, egg sized lump on the back of my head, and nausea. Carolyn offered to help me thru the practice of reiki (I had no idea what this was), and also used frankincense on the lump. It was an amazing experience in that the nausea lifted almost immediately, followed by the “lifting” of my headache which I can only describe as a dissolving sensation. This took a short time and the pain was completely relieved within the hour. Even the throbbing of the lump dissipated ( lump still there). Thank you Carolyn for your help, I am a true believer!

Carolyn Ruutleman offers a small group reiki session with bells and gongs in two different Naperville locations. I recently attended my first one. A small handful of people and I relaxed and laid down on mats with pillows and blankets and Carolyn guided us through a short meditation. She then sounded various gongs, bells, and percussion instruments that filled the room with soft but noticeable sound. The effect is relaxing and healing. Some go into trances or fall asleep. I am not prone to trances so I was conscious the entire time. As a synesthete (fancy term for someone who "sees" sound in color, kind of like an internal kaleidoscope) the experience was an interesting trip. One gong had a solemn, autumnal, brown/red leaf cover sound and some of the bells were more like glitter and butterflies. The whole ceremony takes about an hour. I will try to make time to do it again! If you like the deep breathing part of yoga, Reiki and Resonance would be a good fit for you.

I loved my experience with Carolyn, she was so sweet and soothing. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walked in. She explained everything she was going to do in detail and was happy to answer any questions I had. The whole experience was AMAZING, it’s been a couple of weeks and I am truly grateful to have found her. My mother went to her before I and she could not stop talking about how GREAT she felt afterwards, I scheduled my appointment right away! At this point my whole family has gone to her and I will keep recommending her to my friends! Thank you Carolyn for the work you do, it is truly life changing 💕 I would 100% recommend her services!

I’ve been attending AQ Reiki appts monthly and what an impact it’s made on my overall well-being. I’m more in tune with my energy and how others’ energy affects me. I can feel when I need a “tune up” aka my energy feels stuck or blocked. Recently I tried the chakra tuning forks - another cool experience feeling the vibrations and energy frequencies reverberate! Looking forward to more AQ Reiki sessions ❤️
