   Jen is truly an incredible healer and has been such a blessing on my journey. Working with her has helped my spirit find peace and release so many things that have been weighing me down for a long time. Her sessions have supported and even helped with healing some of my chronic issues that I’ve been struggling with. She holds such a safe, nurturing space—it’s hard to put into words how powerful her work really is. I’m so grateful for her and the light she brings into the world.    Jen is amazing! I’ve had reiki done before but her techniques and style are next level. I have gone to her for multiple energy healing sessions and everytime I am amazed at what she does to help my body just relax and give my nervous system the break it needs. She is a natural born healer with an incredible gift.    I’ve worked with Jen at Rooted Key for a few years, and every session feels like exactly what I didn’t know I needed. She’s calm, grounded and just really good at helping you move through whatever’s stuck mentally, emotionally, even physically. If you’re unsure, just try. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about helping you access what’s already there and shift what’s blocking it. Her space is peaceful with appts after work or on weekends. Jen is someone you feel comfortable with right away, and pricing is super fair.
