Liz is awesome. I have an illness which is very stressful for me. She has helped me with it big time. Good listener, kind, friendly and understanding. When I leave my sessions with her I am relaxed, have more energy and most importantly less stress. Thank you. Liz I really appreciate you and everything you do. I would highly recommend her.

Wow - i really do not think one Google review (while trying to be succinct) will give Liz at Taproot all the credit and gratitude my heart (and body) wants to give her !!! I am eternally grateful for whatever angels or stars conspired in my favor to connect me to Liz’s gifts. I am a woman of science AND faith- so I inherently understand the concept of Reiki. But Liz and her sessions are a whole other level of healing that my brain cannot quite comprehend- but my body and my soul deeply receives it. Liz: I thank you for being YOU, and for all the care you have given me over the years- and how to this day, still a week later after our last session, i am certain I am still reaping the benefits of the gift that is LIZ and her practice of Reiki @ Taproot! (Oh, and if you love cats- 🙋🏻♀️, if you’re lucky, her sweet cat(s) may make a special guest appearance during your session but is NOT part of the session by ANY means; just a special little heart bonus for me, personally). I had a session with Liz at the recommendation of one of my besties who was so impressed with her that she gifted me a session. I went into it familiar with the healing modalities, but never having engaged with anything like this remotely. It was such an awesome experience that I’m paying it forward by gifting a session to one of my loved ones. She is kind, compassionate, empathetic and exudes a very calm and comforting demeanor. I found Liz after an interesting scenario where I could feel all the emotions / energy in the room. It wasn’t the first time I had that experience, but it was one of the most profound. My aim was to better understand how to manage similar situations. We have now covered many other topics in life and work. Working with Liz is like a warm loving blanket while wearing future vision glasses, trippy I know. But all jokes aside, I genuinely enjoy visiting Liz. It is through her practice and my openness that I have progressed in a critical areas of my life. During our time together she has helped me see areas where I’m holding energy that no longer serves me and how that energy causes a blockage so to speak. An example. My knees have been painful for many years of my life. My doctors have confirmed very early signs of osteoarthritis. During one of my visits, Liz identified significant fear energy residing on my knees. We worked on that energy, pulling it away. Days later, I followed her aftercare regimen. Maybe 3 days later, I remember texting Liz, sharing that my knees didn’t hurt like they did before. They still snap crackle pop, but the pain isn’t there. This wasn’t the intent of my visiting Liz, but one of the many beautiful byproducts of my sessions. If you’re reading this and holding any doubts about going, my ask is simple. What if just one visit could help you see one thing, just one. It would be so worth it. I have been irrevocably changed by my visits, so much so, I have recommended my friends as well. Whatever it is you seek, I’m confident you will find it.

After I lost my husband I hit a stone wall- could not move forward- I needed help. My first session with Liz exceeded my expectations. Her space is cozy and welcoming. It was like visiting an old friend. In general, it's hard for me to open up (even with old friends), so I was afraid I'd block Liz's efforts. I was a little on guard initially but quickly relaxed, much to my surprise. Liz took the time to explain everything before starting the session. Her calm, soothing approach helped me let go and clear a path to receive. The session itself was magical, powerful, genuine. I felt my energy shift. Afterwards, Liz went through her findings, like a debrief. The discussion was beyond insightful. I left feeling grounded and centered, fully present in my body. There's certainly more work to do, but the journey has definitely begin. I'm so glad to have found Liz -- she's a skillful guide, a true catalyst and a gifted healer.

Service Received: Reiki with Akashic Records with Liz . I have to admit I was a bit of a skeptic about Reiki, but with my anxiety at an all-time high, I was willing to give it a try. Just like practitioners do in talk therapy, Liz gently asked questions and just absorbed my replies. The environment was peaceful and her energy was so calming as she explained the process, but I honestly didn't think I'd be able to lie there for an hour without fidgeting or feeling anxious. I did my best to relax and go with flow. It wasn't long before I began to feel relaxed in the true sense of the word but I didn't expect much more. As I concentrated on how my body felt, I noticed what I'll call a flow/an opening/a release in my chest area. As the session progressed, Liz became aware of the inordinate amount of pain from grief and loss that I was holding on to. Let's just say we were both crying as she worked to help me begin to let go. At the end of the session I felt a bit drained but so much lighter. I now see how Reiki can play an important role in the process of managing anxiety, dealing with grief and loss, and contributing to our overall well being...and I highly recommend Taproot Akashic Healing :-)

Liz is remarkably talented, intuitive, insightful, compassionate, empathetic and a powerful conduit for reiki energy to flow through. When I receive reiki with Liz i am able to fully release that which no longer serves my highest good. I receive insightful thoughts and feelings that connect me with my one true path.
