Lauren was nice but the psychic reading I paid $125 for felt more generic than anything, as if there was a "things psychics should say" checklist that was being done. It feels uncomfortable have your reading done right in the shop window so all the foot and car traffic can spectate. Nothing felt ... authentic. I was told I had a dramatic betrayal in life and was asked who it was that betrayed me .... news to me. Was told about both a male and female guardian angel and was given sympathies for my losses but... I've never lost anyone (knock on wood)? I really lost all faith once I was described as someone who suffers in silence and is optimistic. I most certainly am not someone who suffers silently lol and a silver lining is never mentioned by me. Anyway, every time there was a lull in conversation some new random thing popped up. "You're going to have many children", "You're going to find love", "You're going to get a promotion". All nice things but again the flow just felt disingenuous and impersonal. I'm a believer and I had high hopes especially after all of the reviews but I guess at the end of the day I got what I needed. I was crashing out a bit and after paying for a reading like that I realized I just needed to touch grass and get up.

Lauren is pleasant to speak with and has a kind demeanor, but this reading just didn’t feel aligned for me. I booked a $100 session asking for a future-focused reading to help with self-awareness, and instead it felt quite general — touching on topics like a seven-year hardship, heartbreak, and soulmate timing that didn’t personally fit my life or intentions. About five minutes into the reading, I could already feel disconnected from it. Additionally, being seated directly in front of a large window felt personal and off-putting — it was distracting knowing that people walking or driving by could easily see into the space while we were facing outward. She did accurately mention that I’m spiritual, come from a strong women’s line, and have a big heart — those parts resonated, and I appreciate that. However, the overall experience didn’t feel as intuitive or detailed as I expected for the price. She mentioned that your destiny can change based on how you choose to go about things/freewill and that she simply reads the truth, whether it’s good or bad, which I respect. Still, much of what came through felt generic — for instance, that I’d need to do a cord-cutting for someone who broke my heart, spend more time meditating and lighting candles, and focus on realignment. I’ve been single for eight years and haven’t experienced any heartbreak from a partner, friend, or family member, so that didn’t resonate. She also said I wouldn’t meet my person for another three years, which felt off to me. She asked if I wanted to open a business; I said it’s something I’ve toyed with but not something I’m focused on, yet she said I’d be opening one in two years. She mentioned that I’d be moving soon, though I just moved a month ago, and that I’d be doing a lot of traveling. She also advised that I should read any upcoming contract carefully to avoid bad intentions and that by January 1st, luck would shift in my favor. She noted that I wouldn’t have issues with money in the future — which I’m grateful for, but that’s also the position I’m already in. So again, while not incorrect, the message felt more like something that might have resonated with me five years ago than where I am today. She also mentioned that I looked tired — which is true because I’ve been busy with work — but the reality is that I’m in a genuinely happy, grateful place in my life right now. I think that’s part of why the reading felt off. People often go for readings when something is wrong or needs to be fixed, but I just wanted insight into what to expect in the next six months so I could stay aligned and appreciative of the blessings I’ve already received. On a presentation note, I personally prefer when readers bring a bit more intention to their setting — showing up in pajamas made the experience feel more casual than professional. That’s a personal preference, but it impacted how the energy came across. Based on someone who’s had many readings in my life, my readings tend to be very detailed — they usually pull specific names, places, dates, and times, offering clear, intuitive insight without needing clarification. I’m used to hearing confident, direct interpretations like “this is what I see and know,” not constant check-ins like “does that make sense?” or simply reading the surface meaning of the cards. Ultimately, not every reader is meant for every client, and that’s okay. This just wasn’t the right fit for me, though I can see how others might connect better with her approach.

I came on here to give my honest review. I walked into this place some months ago got a reading and was told I needed all kinds of work. Cleansing etc. to get “to the root of things” I left a deposit with them and then got ghosted! They never answered my calls. I left a review about that experience and then that’s when they finally decided to reach out after weeks! To then ask me to take down my review they will “work with me” so I gave them another chance. I made another appt! They were a no show! The lady tried lying saying she had me scheduled for a different day. So they basically took off with my deposit of $200.
