   In my opinion, Natalie is more than just an herbalist — she should name herself a wellness coach. Her herbal remedies have honestly been such a blessing for me during stressful seasons of life and work. As a realtor, I deal with high-pressure situations almost daily, and several of her tinctures have become part of my regular wellness routine. One blend I tried was originally recommended for skin health and muscle tension, but I personally noticed it also helped me feel calmer and more grounded during stressful moments. One important note: products containing St. John’s Wort can increase sun sensitivity, so be careful with sun exposure after using it. The Skullcap tincture has also been amazing for helping me relax and unwind when my mind won’t slow down. I’ve found it works pretty quickly for me — usually within about 20 minutes — especially during those overwhelmed, anxious evenings when it’s hard to turn my thoughts off. I also take the Holy Basil tincture daily in my tea. Natalie explained that it may take a little longer to notice the full benefits, but it has become one of my favorites for supporting stress management and overall wellness. I also love that Holy Basil is traditionally used to support cognitive function, immune health, and healthy blood sugar balance. If you’re looking for natural wellness support from someone who truly cares and knows her craft, her products are absolutely worth trying.

   I am so glad I scheduled my reading with Natalie! I have been facing many big decisions like opening a business, and changing neighborhoods/moving, and I was feeling conflicted of which direction to go in regards to my move, as well as the timing of opening my business.    Natalie is a wonderful teacher and healer. She is knowledgeable and brings grace, humor and truth to Tarot classes, readings, group meditations, one on one instructional sessions, Reiki.
